„ACROSS“ is the appropriate title of the new spezial-interest magazine of the shopping-center-industry in Austria, Central- and Eastern Europe (CEE), South Eastern Europe (SEE) and the bordering countries. The first issue will be exclusively presented at the Real Vienna. Dr. Stephan Mayer-Heinisch, chairman of the ACSC, president of the trade association and trade consulter acts as the issuer of the magazine. Publisher is Fishmedia Werbe & Verlags GmbH.
Criss-cross through the shopping-center-industry, that´s the new special-interest magazine ACROSS, first released on May 26th: established as a platform for experts, it deals with current and relevant topics in a scale of at least 96 pages. Field-comments of high-ranking experts from the commercial, political and social life complete and deepen the magazine´s content. Apart from the key-issues of the individual editions, ACROSS also includes country profiles, company portraits, people-portraits, commercial-, gastronomical- and consumertrends, international carrier- and shoppingcenter-news as well as current legal topics.
International Orientation
The magazine appears billingual: the main language is Englisch. All texts are combined with a translation. The target areas of the magazine are Austria, the CEE-region (Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Urkaine, Hungary), the SEE-contries (Bosnia & Herzegowina, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Croatia, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovenia) as well as Albania, Russia, Turkey and Belarus. “Focus and direction make this special-interest magazine to be unique in Europe. Furthermore, ACROSS completes the portfolio of our agency, that has specialized in marketing and communication of retail properties”. Prominent editorial environment
Trade consulter Dr. Stephan Mayer-Heinisch, chairman of the Austrian Council of Shopping Centers ACSC and president of the trade association, acts as the prominent issuer of the magazine ACROSS.
The famous expert-journalist Hannes Ch. Steinmann manages the editorship.
Target audience of the new shopping-center-magazine are project-developers and operators, trade managers, investors, financial service providers, representatives of Austrian promotional institutions, decision makers in politics, trade, relevant government offices, service providers of the shopping-center-industry, federal economic chambers and ministries, embassies, foreign trade offices of the WKO etc. ACROSS is delivered by mail, the top decision makers of the shopping-center-scene are personally addressed.
Involvement of the ACSC
The ACSC (Austrian Council of Shopping Centers) and it´s officers contribute their expertise in the editorial advisory board and the editorial concept and advise the editorial department of relevant events in the industry. Furthermore, the ACSC acts as the bond to existing national associations. ACSC and ACROSS provide their help in the start up of new national EKZ-associations.
