Vienna - DLA Piper, the worldwide largest legal service organisation with 13 offices in CEE and in CIS, presents the legal advice services of its Real Estate Practice Group and of its Practice Group Finance & Projects at the fair “Real Vienna”. The international legal service organisation offers investors, developers, proprietors and operating companies full-service advice in all fields of real estate and of real estate financing. On the special focus stage “Cities & Regions” a lawyer from Sarajevo will talk about real estate investments in Bosnia.

Experts of the Real Estate Group from the offices in Vienna, Budapest, Bratislava, Kyiv, Prague, St. Petersburg, Sarajevo, Sofia, Warsaw and Zagreb are present at the DLA Piper stand as well as experts from the Practice Group Finance & Projects. Thus, contacts can be established and all questions asked by the investors accurately answered during the fair.

At the panel discussion „Visions and Investments in Bosnia-Herzegovina – The Bridge of Mostar as a Beginning“, Nedzida Salihovic-Whalen, a lawyer in Sarajevo, comments on the investment climate in Bosnia.
